As Head of IT at Buildhollywood, I lead the development and implementation of on-premise infrastructure, cloud systems and custom-built software to support business operations and growth. I have built and manage a high-performing IT team — which includes dev-ops, support and system administration — fostering collaboration and professional development. It's my responsibility to ensure system uptime, internal service SLAs, budget management and team productivity while being hands-on with innovation and strategy.

As IT Manager at Talentful LTD, a rapidly scaling startup, I developed and implemented on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure, along with robust security policies, to facilitate seamless business expansion — including new offices in Berlin and the United States. While optimising systems and workloads to maintain operational efficiency. In addition to these responsibilities, I oversaw daily IT operations — including end-user support, system administration, and security management.

Began as IT Support Assistant at Frieze and advanced to IT Engineer and Event Tech Lead over time, becoming solely responsible for the technical design and implementation of annual multimillion-dollar events in London, New York, and Los Angeles. Headed the IT department, leading teams of up to 12 (network techs, developers, support staff) for three major events yearly, while optimising daily operations, delivering outstanding service, improving cost efficiency, and managing a large annual budget for the company's signature Art Fairs.
